Legendary John Chandler retired as CEO in 2009 and as we all know following a ‘Bear Bryant’ CEO is not easy. The culture of BMC needed refreshing, and first-year President and CEO Mark Weinstein was bringing exciting and experienced leadership.
As a result of the strategic plan we helped to create, BMC is now positioned to solidify its reputation as one of the top summer classical musical programs in the USA and world. In addition to the strategic plan, Sims & Steele helped to initiate a very successful follow-on capital campaign as well.
